JJ Tech Academy believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

​

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed for training or consulting activity initiation. 

• JJ Tech Academy does not accept cancellation requests once the requested training or consulting service is initiated.

• In case of any concern with the trainer (quality or approach or delivery style or anything else), the same should be brought to notice within 2 days of the issue in a mail addressed to jjtechacademy@gmail.com & the same shall be addressed by the academy by providing an alternate trainer assignment. Please note that refund will not be provided once the training is initiated.

• In case of any Refunds approved by the JJ Tech Academy, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
